Return/Cancellation Policy

Gujarat PowerfieldPvt. Ltd. Operates it’s business in Equipment sales and Rental Equipment segment and the Return / Cancellation policy is different for both the segment.
For Rental Equipment, following are the Cancellation policy :
- 100% amount refunded if Customer cancel the Rental order minimum 7 days prior to the Rental start date (standard deduction of transection charges applicable)
- At No Cost, customer can reschedule the Rental start dateup to minimum 3 days prior to the rental start date subject to equipment availability.
- 50% of first day rental will be deducted if customer cancel the rental order before 24 hours of rental start date
- Once equipment dispatched, cancellation of order is not possible.
For Equipment Sales, following are the Cancellation policy :
- All the orders are placed as nonreturnable order.
- All the equipment are supplied with defined warrantee so any problem will be resolved under warrantee as per warrantee terms and conditions and policy.
- Though the possibility is very rare, if the equipment got damage during Transit, the same shall be claimed under transit insurance.
